WHAT IS EARTH JAM?
Hauns Korpela of Scott J Salon, NY, NY, together with the Aveda Institute Student/Educator Team, will sponsor a Fashion Night Benefit raising money for our Earth Month charity partners. Aveda Institute students and Korpela will present a runway show that will showcase this year’s theme, TRUE COLORS: KNOW WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF.
During Earth Jam, you will have the opportunity to bid on two pairs of plane tickets to anywhere in the contiguous US that Delta flies.

WIN $10,000 TOWARD YOUR EDUCATION
We’re excited to announce the 6th Annual Horst Rechelbacher Memorial Scholarship in honor of Aveda founder and beauty industry pioneer Horst Rechelbacher (1941-2014). The scholarship competition winner will be awarded a $10,000 scholarship toward their education in our Cosmetology program. Contest participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their natural talent by styling hair and applying makeup to a model of their choice.
*Contest only open to 2019 High School graduates or GED recipients.
